About the Doctor


Dr. Margaret Leila Rasouli grew up in Orange County and received her M.D. degree from University of California, Irvine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine from UCI Medical Center. She subsequently completed her cardiology fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center where she served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Rasouli completed her subspecialty in interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular interventions at Good Samaritan Hospital / Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

After working in a large, cardiology group in Orange County, Dr. Rasouli started her own practice, CardioCare OC, a full-service cardiovascular practice.
Her mission is to provide dedicated, advanced cardiac care with state-of-the art technology, from the heart.

Dr. Rasouli’s research interests include cardiac CT angiography. She was awarded the prestigious Fourjay Foundation Cardiovascular Research grant during her cardiology fellowship. Dr. Rasouli has published numerous articles in scientific journals.
